Welcome to lakombolab.com and/or lakomboutique.com. These General Terms and Conditions of Use govern your access to, use of and purchase of products from the Maïko / La Kombo laboratory™, Inc. Websites (“Sites”). By using either Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Use, please do not use the Sites.

GENERAL
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Sites. Your use of our Sites following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.
We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Sites from time to time.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Most Maïko / La Kombo laboratory™, Inc. products displayed at the Sites are available in select stores in the United States and select foreign markets while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Sites may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at lakomboutique.com are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify technician@lakombolab.com. You will receive an email from technician@lakombolab.com when your order has been confirmed.

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on lakomboutique.com as specified on your order confirmation. You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time the same have cleared our fulfillment house. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.

All orders are shipped USA UPS Ground. Rates are calculated through UPS calculator. International orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail International. International rates are calculated through USPS calculator. All California residents will incur an 8.25% sales tax. Depending on the tax laws in each State, you may be required to pay Use Tax on purchases for which Sales Tax has not been collected. All prices are inclusive of customs and import duties. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products, which have substantially similar functionality, and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

RETURN POLICY
NO REFUNDS.  EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days from which shipment is received.  Notice must be given to technician@lakombolab.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise.  Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and printed receipts when returned.

COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Sites. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SITE CONTENTS
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, videos clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Sites (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Maïko / La Kombo laboratory™, Inc. collectively, and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates. Maïko / La Kombo laboratory™, Inc. also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Sites, if in Maïko / La Kombo laboratory™, Inc.'s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Maïko / La Kombo laboratory™, Inc., you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
